Admitted to practice since 1978 in all State Courts in West Virginia and Ohio and received his undergraduate and legal education at The Ohio State University.  He is licensed to practice in West Virginia Federal Courts, United States Courts of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and Fourth Circuit, United States Tax Court and United States Court of Federal Claims.  His practice emphasizes personal injury, commercial litigation, business and real estate.
